I prefer singles because I get more exercise. I'm happy to either just hit for practice, or play competitive matches, although I don't want to get super serious. Early mornings, and evenings during the week are probably best. Weekends are iffy. Truxtun Park in Annapolis is best for me, although I am willing to travel a bit.
