How do I add a new tennis facility to the site?
Please, send an email to data@tennisround.com and include the following information:
- Name of tennis facility
- Address of tennis facility
- Total number of tennis courts
- Number of indoor tennis courts
- Number of outdoor tennis courts
- Number of tennis courts with lights
- Is this tennis facility Public or Private?
- If Private, are non-members allowed to play?
- Is this facility Paid or Free to play at?
- Does it accept court reservations?
How do I add a home tennis court to my profile?
- Log in to your account from here
- Click on the Courts tab
- Find a tennis facility you like and click on its "Select as home court" button
How do I remove a home tennis court from my profile?
- Log in to your account from here
- Click on your name (top right) and select "My Profile"
- Click this icon () next to a home tennis court to remove it
How do I update tennis facility information displayed on the site?
Please, send an email to data@tennisround.com and describe what information about the tennis facility needs to be updated.
How do I deactivate my account?
- Log in to your account from here
- Go to your profile
- Click on "Deactivate my account" checkbox
- Click on "Update" button
I forgot my password. How do I reset my password?
- Go to this page (or click Login button, then Forgot your password link)
- Enter your email address and click the "Reset Password" button
- Check your email. You will receive an email from Tennis Round with a link
- Click on the link and reset your password
How do I change my existing password?
- Log in to your account from here
- Click on your name (top right) and select "My Profile"
- Click the Edit My Profile dropdown
- Click the Change your password link
- Enter your Old (Current) Password, create a new password and re-enter it
- Click the Change Password button to confirm
How many match invites and responses can I send per day?
- You can send up to 20 invites per 24 hours. It usually takes inviting 5 or 6 players to find one that's available. Though it's possible, that you find a match with your very first invite.
- You can send up to 50 messages per 24 hours. Scheduling a match can take 3 or 4 responses. Remember to propose a time and place, when you invite someone, to schedule the match more quickly.
Will anything be posted on my Facebook page without my approval?
- No. Tennis Round will not post anything on your behalf without your permission. We've integrated with Facebook so you can share things you're excited about. Like showing your friends where you play tennis, or telling them about the match you won today.
