Hi, ex D1 scholarship player (a while ago) but I have kept up and keep me fitness at a good level. I am a consistent hitter from both wings with pace. I have only played 2 times in the last 3 months so I am dying for a good solid consistent hit to make sure I don’t loose my rhythm. Not interested in matches yet but a good workout with lots of solid striking.
