I prefer to hit competitively versus playing matches, to me it's a better workout, keeps things interesting and let's us hit a lot more balls. Not against matches once in a while but definitely what I prefer to do. Casual fun, out to improve and enjoy the game. Just want to get a workout, improve and push myself, competition but exercise and enjoyment first and foremost.
