My cousins, sister, aunts and uncles all play tennis but in high school I had a love for lacrosse and football and decided to stay with those sports through college. Now that I'm older, organized sports are no longer an option and I find myself missing playing sports as the gym gets redundant and boring. I decided to pick up tennis and to my surprise found that I posess natural talent - winning matches against my cousins that have been playing since they were little! I have a problem with my backhand and do not have a powerful serve, but compensate with a hustle and strong forearm.
I am 27 and self-employed, so my schedule is very flexible and I am free most of the time. I enjoy playing with better, experienced players to push me to step up my game and to learn technique.
I live near the Vienna metro but am willing to travel in the fairfax area to new courts. If you want to play please give me a call! I love the game and the exercise!
